1st part of Move

So the first part of the move has happened and what a day! It was the most stressfree move I have ever had. We had the coolest men helping us: David, Raindrop and Jereme. Plus all our things were crated right in front of us so hopefully everything will make it safely. And of course as you can see Charlie was the biggest help ever! :)

See you soon!

Ooh la la! Look at those legs

Hello hello! Hope everyone had a fabu weekend! David and I had a crazy busy one, but it was good. We started our Saturday by going to the Sumter Highland Games to see his awesomeness Hondo do his thing. It was quite fun seeing everyone in their kilts and what cute legs :) I would love to go to a bigger game one day and see what it really should be like. Anyways we had a nice little visit with Hondo and since he had already cleared the Sheaf Toss.

We could only stay a little while as then David and I drove down to Jacksonville for the day to pick up Charlie (the dog, not the cousin hehe) and visit with a friend. We ate at the most wonderful fish market EVER!!! David had Cobia and I had soft shell crabs, yum!!!! Wish we had that here. Then we drove back to Sumter and relaxed all Sunday.

Hope you enjoy the pictures. Also please check your emails as David finally received his official orders and I have emailed you our itinerary.

Lots of love!

Very sleepy puppy after a day of playing with the Jazzy Ro outside. She didn't even move when the flash went off. Haha...

Sunday Sadness

Davy,
Your dog is at my house now. She is beside Sophie. She and your Mom had a rough Sunday.
Marg called about 5PM and brought Chainsaw over.Jay & Charlie took care of the rest. She was a good annoying small fur ball that was always happy to see anyone no matter how badly we all treated her.I wish I could say she will be missed but I can say sorry for your loss.
Love,MM

Billy Graham Library

Jay and I went here the weekend after my birthday. It is a peaceful place. It is in Charlotte.( Davy they have job openings. It is a little closer then Texas.)
The house is his family home. The barn is the library, with exhibits from all his ministry. Ruth is buried in a prayer garden there. If you go don't be surprised by the music playing outside. They made me cry a couple of times. The older hymns you remember. xoxo MM

The Newest Addition to the Fleet...

CopperWolf and I decided to reduce the number of vehicles we have. We figured the best thing to do would be to keep the Jetta and sell the Grand Cherokee and the Saturn; then we'd buy a newer vehicle. But, if we did that, we knew we'd need a vehicle that we could use to haul our puppies in. So, we got this Jeep Patriot late Friday night. It's an '08 model that has less than 9,000 miles on it. It's got a 2.4 cylinder engine, so it gets about 27 MPG highway. It's a four wheel drive that can go off-road. And it can haul up to 2,000 lbs. Isn't it cute?!?

So, we now have the Grand Cherokee and the Saturn up for sale. So if you know of anyone who wants a 4x4 to have fun in, or if you know someone who needs a smaller car that gets excellent gas mileage, send 'em our way.
